AMS Time Attack EVO X Hottest Lap Ever!

Here is a quick video we’ve put together of our team’s participation from the 2009 Super Lap Battle Finals. During the competition a ruptured steering line caused a small fire, luckily our Driver Paul Gerrard escaped without any injuries and was able to bring the car to a controlled stop near a corner station.  Thankfully the car was repairable and after a 2 day resurrection process at Chris Rado’s World Racing facility the car was able to compete in the 2009 Redline Time Attack finals where it set a new AWD track record and took home the Unlimited AWD Championship title!

AMS NOS Energy Drink Time Attack EVO X sets a new HP record!

The AMS / NOS Energy Drink Time Attack EVO X left Thursday for round 5 of the Redline time attack series. As many know we won round 4 overall. We did this on only about 540whp. Well…..we said we wanted more….so we got more. Before TA-X was loaded into the trailer we made some changes. First we now have implemented the Carbon kevlar flat bottom we had been working on that we have not previously ran.
