Recently the AMS Germany drag racing team headed out to the Speed Days - King of Germany event held at an airport strip in Alkersleben.  Last year the AMS powered EVO IX managed to take home the top honors at the event but were unable to do so this year as the vehicle developed a misfire problem. Driver Paul Dziubek had to let off throttle at 1/8 mile mark which still earned him a 5^th place in AWD class with a best ¼ mile pass of 10.2 @ 131 MPH.

Recently we had a customer purchase our Sport Compact Car Ultimate Street Car Challenge winning EVO X. The customer wanted to bump up the horsepower into the 700 range. Because this had never been done before, I was a bit skeptical that I could get it to work, and we had him settle on a low to mid 600whp number instead.

Just as promised Drew finished up the plastic 3D prints of the new GT-R headers. Here they are installed on the car. The next step will involve installing the motor into the car along with our support brackets and custom manifold heat shields to check final fitment. If all works out then its time to cast!
