The AMS Nissan GT-R 90mm Cast Downpipes are the largest, most free-flowing available on the market. During testing our shop GT-R with AMS upgraded turbos saw gains in the power band of 100 wheel horsepower and over 130 ft lbs of torque with this simple bolt-on!  Turbo spool-up was also improved by almost 400rpm!  Designed by our engineering team using Solidworks (3D CAD software) the inlet and outlets were designed to optimize exhaust flow.  Most other systems implement 76mm (3”) downpipes that can cause unnecessary backpressure. By using a larger 90mm (3.5”) primary pipe we were able to optimize exhaust gas flow, freeing up horsepower and improving spool time.
In addition our downpipes feature stainless steel cast construction allowing for improved exhaust flow and OEM like reliability, an attribute previously unattainable with the competitors sheet-metal, handmade units. The AMS EVO VII/VIII/IX Dry Sump System is designed to prevent oil starvation, lower oil temperatures and add oil capacity all while freeing up horsepower. The failing point of most traditional “wet sump” oiling systems is the risk of oil starvation due to oil slosh during racing conditions. Under the sustained g-forces of racing oil can be pushed to one side of the pan causing vital engine components to be starved of oil. The AMS Dry Sump System helps prevent this by providing constant oil pressure throughout the engine despite driving conditions. This not only aids in motor longevity but also frees up horse power by removing oil from the pan where it can create drag on the crankshaft.

The AMS Dry Sump System eliminates the oil in the pan by using a remotely mounted tank, increasing oil capacity and providing better cooling. The improved scavenging of the Moroso oil pump increases vacuum created in the oil pan allowing for better piston ring seal and provides a constant supply of oil under any condition. There is a reason why most high end sports cars now offer a dry sump oiling system from the factory. While a dry sump system may be more costly than traditional wet sump oil systems it simply performs better!

The AMS/Wilwood Lancer Ralliart Big Front Brake Kit is a true brake solution for Ralliart owners that are looking for a lot of stopping power. AMS has teamed up with Wilwood to develop a big front brake kit suitable to fit the Ralliart. Our big brake kit utilizes robust Wilwood 4 piston calipers and Wilwood B compound pads made for severe-duty asphalt and track use. The vented vane rotor is 11.75” in diameter (stock is 11.6”) and features a lightweight aluminum hat. We supply the rotor and hat pre-assembled with safety wire and include plastic coated braided stainless steel brake lines to protect against abrasion from gravel and debris. Grade 8 hardware and zinc plated caliper brackets complete the package.

AMS announces stainless steel brake lines for the Ralliart. AMS stainless steel brake lines improve pedal feel, reduce the amount of time between applied pedal pressure and actual deceleration by reducing the expansion that is allowed by stock rubber lines. This provides a quicker pedal response and consistent brake pressure. These are a direct replacement for OEM lines. This kit includes both front and rear brake lines.
